I would use someone else I recently tried to use Supreme Lending and they were below average at best. They pre-approved my loan, then waited past the usual 30 days to do any "due dilligence." I actually did my own research on FHA guidelines and rules and figured out before they did that this loan wasn't going to work. They were either incompetent or lazy about the loan process.
Don't Ms. Davis f---d up my paperwork back in 1983 and I didn't find out until now. Her error makes it impossible for me to take advantage of the HARP refinancing program.
