We had a very unpleasant experience at this jewelry store. We came to pick up a pair of earrings that we had sent in for repair, and we were also waiting to be helped with a custom jewelry order for which we had already paid a deposit about two weeks ago. During our visit, the person who appeared to be in charge treated an employee who seemed to be new in a very unprofessional manner. If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a few items. One item being wedding set, that we left to get resized. Did not get nothing done once we picked up. Pricing was wrong I was quoted something through instagram when we went there they upcharged over 1000$. Sunny claims it is a different set of rings but I have in messages it is exact same details of the ring in my messages from the one we purchased. I brought my ring in to be sized and the jeweler personally measured my finger using ring sizers and told me I needed a size 7. When I got the ring back, it was much too large. It spins around on my finger and does not stay upright. I explained that my knuckles are slightly larger, and I don’t mind a snug fit to prevent the ring from turning.
