When the weather didn’t cooperate, they proactively coordinated with me to reschedule—great communication throughout the process. Used this company through Lawn Love. Took 3 weeks to get our lawn mowed. When we decided to cancel due to poor service and response, we got a response from the office manager "Thank you for wasting our time"...not professional, would not recommend
