The male who works the front desk is extremely rude as if he hates his job. I entered the establishment and greeted him and he reply back very sarcastic. I explained to him what I wanted to get done which was a simple muffler delete with a y pipe and to get tips welded on. I explained to him I want to tips to sit out behind the back tire I asked him if he could step outside so I could give him a visual of how I want the tips to be, and he replied back “oh my god really. Once again I had a complete new exhaust system installed here. So so work was performed. They scratched my brand new ceramic coated headers. Scratched under car paint. I still can’t figure out how or why the pipes were bent in that fashion. Good luck if you have a really nice car.
