If you value clear communication, transparency, and knowing exactly what you’re paying for, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We were willing to pay for a professional diagnosis and expected to receive a clear quote and breakdown of the work and costs. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. They even went as far as to say “I am not going to itemize my quote. This is my price”. With a large lump sum. Save yourself the time, frustration, and diagnostic fee. Stay away from this company.
Shopping around for quotes and these guys came in very high. Knowing what the job entailed, I asked for an itemized quote so I could understand what exactly I was being charged for. Instead, the sales guy responded with a long run-on sentence listing all the steps involved in the repair and then explained that part of the price was for the “expertise of the mechanic.” They ultimately refused to provide any actual breakdown of the costs. I can’t thank the team at Supreme enough for their continued dedication to customer service and excellence. We had an issue with our AC and a big party planned for this weekend and Eric was able to get Sean out a few hours later. Issue found, problem, resolved, and happy customer. This is why they are our go to for HVAC for maintenance and repair.
