I came up during the Golden Era of the 80’s and early 90’s of bodybuilding. The days when you walked into a gym and everyone was training hard, supporting one another and you heard “Hey, can I work in with ya”. The chain gyms of the present changed all of that for me. Cell phones in between sets, “Lunk Alarms” 250 cardio machines but never enough actual free weights or functional weightlifting machines. Fantastic owners, very welcoming positive atmosphere and great equipment. Never too busy to get a machine (coming from someone who went at 5pm on weekdays)!

Not only does this gym have what you need to get a good workout in, it’s also run by an owner who takes so much pride in the facility has built and provides a level of hospitality to the members that makes Supreme a special place. Keegan & Sean will personally greet you (and likely by name!) when you enter the gym and will always tell you to have a nice day on your way out. Only came for a short period of time, great experience though. They were very friendly and the place was always spotless. A lot of great equipment. 24/7 access makes it very convenient for anyone’s schedules. If I didn’t move I’d 100% still be going.
