I had a very negative experience with Dentist Alnick. The manner in which he handles patients is aggressive, improper and irresponsible. During the cleaning, he used excessive pressure on my gums, far beyond what is usual. While I understand some discomfort is normal during a dental clean, this was significantly worse and resulted in traumatic ulcers along my gums. The experience has resulted in much unnecessary pain, and only worsened the health of my teeth. Patient care is poor.
Dr Edwin Lim was amazing! Very steady hands, efficient and not rushed, and also very gentle which made me feel really comfortable. The assistant was super professional and funny too their conversation actually helped distract me during the procedure. Overall such a thoughtful and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I had my very first appointment with Dr Liu for a general clean and examination for two of my teeth that were suspected to be cracked, both which have been causing me pain for a long time. Kudos to Dr Edwin Lim for his excellent service and professional dental treatment. I had always feared going to a dentist but on this occasion the disturbing discomfort gave me little choice. Dr Edwin was very thorough, reassuring and offered intelligent advice that helped me decide on the best solution for my problem. Everything worked very well and I'm very happy for the final result.
