The truth is that these people are embarrassing, when you call they are very kind but when you complain to them they are arrogant, it is not fair that you pay and they leave anyway and then I will never recommend it either $400 dollars and look at everything the same

So I was truly disappointed, I wanted the carpet deep clean because there were this huge dark trails on the carpet, and unfortunately after the clean it looked exactly the same. I was told by the staff member it was wear and tear. Even if it was I would have thought it would have lightened even a little bit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for deep residential cleaning. If I could give zero stars I would. I honestly do not know how they have good reviews online, which was why I initially hired them. They were expensive and did not deliver for even a superficial cleaning standard. I have never received this poor a job of cleaning services before. There was still residue in the fridge, dust on baseboards, lighting dusty, corners dusty, cob webs hanging from reachable lights, cabinets and back splash in kitchen with easily removed residue ... read more

Want to thank Supreme Deep Clean! Very professional, on time service. My 20 year old basement carpet looks like new. Will only use Supreme in the future.
