I made an appointment with them for 1 to 2 PM in the afternoon. They ended up knocking on my door at 8:20 AM waking up my newborn baby along with the rest of the household. My newborn wakes up repeatedly thru the night but usually completely rests between 8am and noon. When I told the guy that my appointment was for between 1pm and 2pm, he said, "Okay, no problem". I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I called a few days ago for Supreme to come out and clean the carpets In my townhouse. When I got Covid a few months ago my dogs peed everywhere in my house. The dog Walker never showed and my house was a mess. I was embarrassed to even have guests over. Several other places quoted me around $300. Supreme was on time and professional.
