This company did not honor their warranty for ”Teflon” coating. Paid $44 extra for this when they cleaned our carpets 3/5/19, Called them to clean new stains several times. They scheduled a time to come, didn’t show, and didn’t respond to phone calls. They haven’t responded to subsequent calls. This company is dishonest and not reliable.
