Been a regular there since she Day 1 and always supported her business. Never had any problems making appointments. One day she told me to come in and gave me the runaround so I went elsewhere. She still owes me money from the last time she did my hair. Told her to keep it and take it off my next hair appointment and she agreed, but then every time I try to schedule an appointment I get brushed off. I never got the chance to get my hair done here, because I schedule an 11a appointment for Friday (the week before), not thinking it was going to snow. I’ve called several times before the day of my appointment to see if they were going to be open because of the snow. No one picked up the phone btw. I called the day of the appointment to see if they would pick up, because I wanted to cancel the appointment, because I didn’t feel safe driving on the icy roads. But still, no response.
