I’ve had a monthly contract with this company since my husband died several years ago. My heat went out on Friday and they decided that it would be better to have me wait a week for the part that I paid for up front to come in rather than having it sent overnight. Saber Z & his assistant were polite, professional, and respectful of my house. When I asked them to close my door behind them at all times I only had to say it once. Initially, I decided to go with Supreme and then I got another quote. So I changed my mind, that is until I spoke with Amanda from Supreme. My mind was made up. , but Supreme price matched the competitor sweetened the deal. Amanda made that happen. She went above and beyond..
