I have worked with Supreme before and they always offer very polite and professional service. I scheduled an appointment through a courtesy call about an AC maintenance special. I had the AC on our 2 heat pumps tuned up for $49 each which is a great price. Ben, the technician who did the work, was excellent. He was extremely polite and positive and explained everything he did with photos. One heat pump was fine, but the other had a problem that will require a repair. Our water heater broke this morning, and Preston from Supreme Services did an excellent job taking care of addressing the problem and giving us a detailed and thorough explanation of our options.
Preston did an excellent job installing my new bathroom faucet. He was meticulous in making sure all parts were properly aligned and tightened. I am very pleased with his work.
