Ryan was excellent! Knowledgeable and very professional! He really cares about the customer. Ryan didn't have to do what he did. It's hard when living on a fix account working part-time to make ends. They get more than five stars Thank you!
Our heat stopped working at 10pm Thanksgiving night. I was able to schedule an appointment that night for first thing the next morning on their website and received a call at 8am that the technician would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. Youssef was incredible and took his time explaining the issue as well as possible remediations. Ultimately, he was able to resolve the problem and our heat was back on by 10am. I could not ask for better service and will gladly continue to have my HVAC serviced and maintained by Supreme.
No pressure very knowledge!
I had no heat from my Bryant gas furnace. The tech diagnosed a faulty igniter and said the part cost $495. He replaced the faulty igniter and I took possession of the faulty unit after the new unit was installed. It turned out the igniter could be purchased for $30-40. I was promised a bill which was never received I've talked repeatly with the company with no sucess
Supreme Service knocks it out on f the park again. It was just a maintenance service call this time, however they also installed the units. On both occasions they were the definitions of professional. They were on time, very efficient, spotless clean, and very personable. Jose M took additional time after their work to explain everything and give great pointers on how to keep the unites clean and running for a long time.
