Phil and his team are always a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and always polite. I have been renting a home under their managment for 3 1/2 years with no issues
As a lessee I do not have the fortunate pleasure of the aforementioned experiences. There has been a plethora of issues that I have dealt with and am currently dealing with since moving into my unit. I have been met with delayed responses laden with sarcasm the most recent statement being " at least the ceiling didn't cave in like it has in the other units" At this moment I would not recommend this company to anyone. I’ve have known the broker/owner Phillip now for many years and he has always been a top notch detailed orientated person. He truly cares about his clients properties and strives to take care of each place as if it were his personal home or business. I feel Supra property management brings a higher level of integrity to property management and look forward to working with them in the future.
