Excellent experience
I'm happy I bought these five sewing machines for my business. I bought a single-needle sewing machine, I bought an overlock machine, I bought two coverstitch machines, I'm so happy!! 100% recommended
So far, not a happy customer. I bought a cylinder arm, the machine was delivered but he didn’t speak English, since I have had struggles with jamming bobbin. I reached out to the service help to be ignored then pushed off to another day- to then be told it will be “10 min-“ which has been over 2 hours and no help. It is frustrating at best if you don’t speak Spanish and are not near the store. I would consider another vendor.
