If I could give zero stars I would. This place is just money hungry and doesn’t care for their clients. They made a MAJOR medication error when packing out my daughter’s medication and refuse to even acknowledge it at this point because of the “number of envelopes we were given”. Sorry, but just because you gave us a certain number of envelopes with pills in them, that doesn’t mean the medication doses in those envelopes were correct. As of right now July 2022 There is a gentleman who calls himself the caretaker at 1818 Bryant ave North but everytime i come around there and ask what is the name or even a person i can contact this man acts as if he is the owner and wont give no one any information he was just rude.The outside of the building is always nasty garbage and things the parking lot is even worse the inside has ppl hanging out smoking in the hallways there was a lady who i always saw cleaning outside hope she is ok yall should find her and get her... read more
Horrible place to live take my word for it. If this is your only option I'm sure you could find somewhere SAFER and PRIVATE anywhere else. It does seem like a good place when you first get there. Staff will pretend to care about your wellbeing and try to make it seem like such a wonderful place to live but it isn't. And they will lie straight to your face or any of your outside care providers so you won't try and move out, or be found credible for that matter. I’m a client with SLS. Fortunately they had to let their ILS services go because of budget crunches. I think a client she lets other potential client see this review and say they are fabulous I’ve had three or four different Ils staff members for three years. Every single one has always been respectful very professional and keep their issues to themselves. Which I find very helpful as a person with a mental health issue.
