Terrible place to live. There's rats and bugs inside the kitchen. Terrible food. And as far as the people bad staff and residents. Needs a good paint job and better house keeping. When I went to sit down on my first morning being there a spider 🕷️ jumped in my food and seen rats running around in the dinning room and kitchen. I don't recommend no body to live or visit there plus the staff don't do nothing for you. And residents will try to test you while staff allows it. Decent place for the mentally ill, many of the facilities could use a paint job. These are needed facilities, where many residents alternatively would be homeless. However working here is brutal, not worth it in the long run as the lacking support/reward with high stress/positive toxic environment is taxing. This place should offer free therapy/councilor due to the things you experience/witness.
Bad management
Filthy. Smelled terrible bugs and stains on the mattresses. Only upside was the cheerfulness of the staff but the actual living places are filthy. They say they have housekeeping services but they clearly aren't being utilized. Shared apartments aren't actually apartments they are shared bedrooms divided by a flimsy curtain. And the bathroom is shared with you and your roommate and the people on the other side of the wall. Only upside is the friendly staff.
