They need better communication and Medicaid needs to step up and pay these establishments better! It’s not fair to the care takers that render services to pick up the bill for Medicaid , unfortunately these companies like supportive learning care will suffer and so does the employee in the mean time . Shannan Borchardt ( Raabe), the owner refused to pay me 2.5 of my checks while working for Supportive Learning Care. I was an employee and manager for almost six years. When I resigned, Shannan refused to give me my W2s to file taxes and she not even hand them in the the dept of revenue for two years, therefore I could not file my 2018 taxes.
