I had a problem With my Brother printer, when I contacted Brother ******** on line I was directed to Support Nerds **** I talked to a "tech" about my printer not printing legibly, I was on the line for over an hour while the "tech" had control of my computer and printer and ran many, many printer head cleaning operations, finally they got the printer to print correctly in black and color on a test page. Before I could leave the site, I was given a sales pitch for their *************** Plan" normally $199.00/yr now $169.00/yr... read more
They offer assistance for ** computers which they did help me with Then convince you that your computer has problems that need fixing and then sell you a policy. I decided to take a five year policy which I though was good then after an hour of going back and forth on issues and then requesting that I send them an email stating I paid the bill something was fishy the already had my credit card agreement I decided at that time to cancel over another half hour and then just shut everything down and call my credit card company.... read more
Poor and incomplete service.......scam...they won't answer their phones. Started out OK....then while attempting to fix an issue they would try to up sell me. did not resolve major issues.
This company is a scam. They are deceptive they pose as HP support. Unknowingly I let them work on my new HP printer that was having problems with scanning. They claimed it was fixed and it did work for 5 days then stopped printing and scanning. I called them back up and was told that yes there still are issues with my printer and Id need to pay another $60 for a year repair plan and I could call as many times as I want. They refused to honor the original "repair" and would only repeat that I needed to pay 60$. I wasted my m... read more
I received a call 5/16/24 from a man named ***** said to be from Support Nerds **** He wanted to inform me that the security/tech support I had purchased from them back in November 2023 said it was no longer corresponding within their system, and wanted to refund me my money. I didn't think nothing of it after I requested he give me the code and customer ID # before I went any further with him. I gave him access to come onto my computer and foolishly into my bank to refund me the money I paid for the service, not thinking of... read more

Scam artists had a problem installing a printer and went to company web site for help, was redirected to support nerds. Was told they could help but had to purchase their security suite ,made the purchase and they did fix problem. Got a text saying to call them about a refund since the updates to computer rendered security unable to work.Allowed them into bank account to send refund, they claimed a glitch sent the wrong amount and wanted me to send a wire transfer for the difference, only thing was they pulled money from other... read more
Scammers - May 20, 2023 I had to close two bank accounts and buy a new laptop because they took over my computer after I paid them $275 for a year of security for my laptop. They had me download Supremo so they could take over my computer and set up their service. They called me weeks later claiming their new server was incompatible with my system. David offered me a refund, but asked me to confirm it had been received into my bank account. While checking my account to confirm the refund as they had asked, I saw the cursor m... read more
This is a wife-and-husband cyber-phishing operation. In my case, I got duped into thinking it was an authorized Hewlett-Packard printer-support outfit, got sold a $99 "security" package, and spend almost 1.5 hours on the phone with folks who knew less than I did about HP, printers, and reconnecting a printer. HP deals with printer support directly. I got my bank to reverse the charge.
