I saw the recent negative review and want to post my positive experience with this company. I have been a customer for 4 years and never had a problem. In fact, I placed an order over the phone today and the sales associate even remembered where I worked. I don't know what happened with this customer but that has not been my experience at all. My husband ordered 3 pairs of socks 3 weeks ago and have never heard from them. We drove up there today, Monday Sept 30th at 10am and the door was locked. No sign for why. Their door painted sign shows to be open Monday - Friday. It is not a clean place. Floors needs a good vacuuming, as well as general cleaning. Their desks are a disaster. We'll go elsewhere. It is a family owned business so they'll do what they want.
They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their products. They give discounts at checkout. Can't beat that! I bought some compression gloves that help with the pain in my hands from arthritis. I highly recommend them.
Very knowledgeable staff and great selection.
