This is a follow up review. Shawn and his team at SSR re-roofed our concrete tile home in 2021, and they did a great job. We did not replace tiles, just all of the other work that was needed - underlayment, bird-stops added, some wood fascia replacement, and a redo of our back yard patio roof. Referred to Shawn at SSR by 2 neighbors who had total roof replacements. I had a lot of questions about different applications and Shawn took the time to explain everything. No pressure to make a decision. Great price also! Crew arrived on time, cleaned up every day and finished when they said they would and NO extras or changes. Roof Repair: Move concrete tiles, replace underlayment, install new wood where needed and replace all metal vent hardware, louvered tile edging, and flashing including painting. Quality work, attention to detail, tweaks for water flow improvement, friendly crew and reasonable price. As an engineer, I can judge quality work when I see it.

Working with Shawn has been fantastic. His service and expertise are second to none. He is very honest and straight forward. We used him first in 2021 for repairs on a roof leak on our recently purchased home and he was able to have his crew repair it well and it is still holding up great after 4 years.
