I needed protein because I was low and any online orders from other stores were going to take a while - so I stopped in here while passing by. The lady who owns the shop is amazing! She was knowledgeable about the the different proteins, how clean other brands were, and she recommended me a brand that was not only good tasting but had high quality ingredients. Extra points because whey protein at the end of the night makes be bloated, but this beef based protein was just the thing I needed. I sleep better and feel better!

I truly enjoyed the taste of a vanilla protein shake, and the smooth texture was great in comparison to some chalky textures you run into. The prices appear to be very reasonable based on local comparisons. The employee I was talking with was utterly charming, and she answered my questions well.
