I ordered from this company specifically because their ads and website prominently promised “1-Day Delivery” on all orders. Big mistake. Instead,the order has not arrived, no explanation — just radio silence while they sat on my order. False advertising like this is extremely misleading. If you can’t actually deliver in 1 day, don’t put it in your ads! I ended up having to buy the item locally at a higher price because I needed it urgently. Complete waste of time and trust. Great experience at Supplement king. The shop was clean, well organized, and had a really good selection of products. Shahmeer helped me out a lot he was super knowledgeable and gave me some helpful tips about supplements and what might work best for my goals. He took the time to explain things and didn’t rush me, which I really appreciated. Overall the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality supplements and good advice.
