Sean and his team help do a new build for me at my Palo Alto house. Simply put, we deconstructed in March 2022 and we moved into the house in March 2023. Additionally, since we've moved in, they've come back to fix little stuff here and there without any issues at all. This is all done through the pandemic, design change where I had to add (82) 18' deep piers, lumber and other material cost escalations, and the horrendous Palo Alto building department inefficiencies. I'm an Architect and Supple Homes is one of my favorite contractors to work with on a project. They are good craftsmen, good business people, and kind to work with.....they really are the whole package. They ask hard questions and make us really think about the details of construction.....and those discussions lead to excellent results.
