My 2014 Jeep came out with spots and they wiped some off and didn’t even try the other sides did a sorry job.
Great experience this past Friday, rolled up to the machine where you select a wash. Stupid me left my wallet at home. But lucky for me they did have Apple Pay. So I go to the 1st machine and it didn’t work the manager offered to put me through but I really needed the inside detailed. So I told him I would circle around and try the 2nd machine. Good service, they go out of their way to make sure your vehicle is cleaned, top notch!
Have been using this car wash since it opened. It seems like the quality of the automatic wash has diminished. I splurged on the $15 lava wash today and I must say, the car looked no better than when I buy $5 wash. I still had dirty sideview mirrors, the part that is the actual mirror and the side windows weren't clean. I was able to wipe dirt spots off the exterior. Not happy with quality at all. Some of the hardest working people I’ve encountered. And the way they continue to “push” each other to keep working and pumping cars through is amazing. Keep up the good work guys.
I usually come here twice a month or so and always receive exceptional service. The last couple of months I have seen a decline in detail and especially bug removal. Today for the first time I waited 40 minutes while my car sat in the detail area. A very long time to wait and still have to go home to scrub bugs off my bumper. I should’ve looked before driving off. This has been a great pace since it opened but something is off. Service has declined. Wait times have increased.
