This is one of the best companies to rent from! I have been a tenant of this company since 2023 and I have ALWAYS been able to count on them to address any concerns that I have had in a timely manner. My air conditioning unit went out this summer and within the hour, they had someone looking at it to rectify the problem. . Tiara Hunt is a very SHADY realtor who broke the law by sending people to view home while we actively lived in it without proper 48hr notice . She has left important things unaddressed with property since move in and feels tenants should be responsible for paying (air conditioning unit). She added charges that weren’t the guidelines of the lease and when referred to lease she continued to ignore the law.
