As a truck driver this company is no bueno. If time is money, they are robbing us blind. They will charge you $500 if you are late, almost $500 to unload you, and even if you are hours ahead of schedule, they will make you wait. I believe we should be able to back charge any shippers or receivers who do this unnecessarily. I was on their property for 9+ hours. Any other shipper or receiver would’ve had me on their property no longer than five hours max. I thought about sending them a message directly on their website but in ... read more
