Right now I have sewer water coming into my apartment from underneath the floor somewhere. It is flooding! It is now 3 hours later they still have not sent anyone out and they actually ignored the phone when I called for an update. When I called and asked for a supervisor she was laughing because she said " a baby is repeating you" weirdo.

Terrible company.
Our landlord contracts repairs through this company which has been unpleasant.
