Update 2026: Alex serviced our heating and like all SuperTech techs was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. We have not had a bad experience with the people of this company once -we’ve had a few hiccups here and there but as a whole, they are on the ball, easy to reach and absolutely have one of the best customer service cultures in the industry. 10/10 recommend for everything from maintenance to new system install.
