The SuperTech technician was very personable and professional. Installing the hard start capacitor didn't take much time, but he showed us photos explaining the procedure.
Zach is exceptional...he is patient and thorough, and explores every possible issue, so much so that he spotted a potential problem that needs additional diagnostic work. Thank you Zach!
