I literally moved out of this community after 22 years into one without an HOA. Superstition Springs has changed drastically with the takeover of the Superstition Springs CMA / HOA (not a real mgmt company) who are just a bunch of people with uncontrollable spending practices over the last 7 years. They have an very unscrupulous lawyer that runs the board meetings and they fine everyone for minor offenses. They've declared that the commercial seats on the board ARE the majority so homeowners can never vote to rid themselves ... read more
No escalation paths for issues and really unhappy unfriendly people. A real shame we're all stuck with this kind of "professional" behavior with no accountability. Even their notices are worded to be nasty. Real shame.
