From the first week of moving in, we noticed 2 cabinets that were discolored and clearly different than the rest. We reached out and were referred to a Brandon Scow who assured us with our warranty we would have our cabinets stained and returned within 4-6 weeks. We’ve now been living here for over 8 months and haven’t heard back…Meanwhile, every other new house being built has the same cabinets installed. Horrible customer service post sale of course.
Overall Satisfaction: I appreciate that Century Community builders went above and beyond to offer and include everything that I asks for in my new home. Being new to Arizona, I did not realize that backyards come unfinished and it is on the owner to complete them. This gave me a sense of nervousness and of course that was going to be an extra expense. However through asking, the back yard was finished upon moving in. Poor Building quality had our 1 year warranty inspection with "Brandon" whos sole job is to skate around their shotty build quality with excuses we still have Stucco outside that wasnt painted properly after his visit. Upon the day of inital walk through upstairs got flooded only carpet was replaced flooring is distorted in places 0 accountability when it was brought up with him. My process was very smooth thanks to Clay Oliver, from start to finish. They took care of the issues, and the issues that couldn’t be taken care of right away, Trey Hernandez kept following up making sure everything was taken care of. He’s gone above and beyond what I would expect.
