I was nervous about buying a new build today with all of the complaints on other builders and Century Communities' reviews are all over the place. This is a nice community in AJ with mountain views and close to the US60. I just moved in, may update review in a few months. My house was a Spec home and ready on time. I used their lender Inspire Home Loans and everything went smooth. Chase the sales rep at the office was very efficient and did everything he said he would do.
