Nothing "Super" about it. Came in for an estimate and despite there being no one there, I waited for almost 15 -20 minutes to speak with Burke, the skinny gentleman at the front counter. I was cut off multiple times and then briskly told to have a seat next an estimator would soon be with me, after which this individual proceeded to get into a verbal altercation on the phone with their significant other for all to hear and judging by the sound of it, I felt worse for the person on the other end of the call than me. Terrible service. When I called to see what time I could pick up my truck, on the day it was supposed to be done, they told me it wouldn't be done for another two days. This is after I called mid-week to make sure it was on schedule. Throughout this process I talked to 4 different employees trying to get information. They all told me they would call me back with what I wanted to know; Never got a call. On the new due date, they said it would be done, "close to 4." I left at 6pm.
