I bring my own pets (and any strays I am trying to re-home) here for their veterinary care and I have been impressed with the quality of medicine practiced at Superstition Animal Hospital. Dr Heffelman is easy to talk to and the staff is very friendly. They have done a great job with the remodel and updating their equipment too.

I took my dog in for a eye infection and was told to bring back in the following week to recheck his eye. Called for the follow up and told them the treatment wasn't working and he needed to be seen. They wanted to charge again for the follow up which I don't think you should have to pay for a treatment that didn't work. What if they know the medication isn't going to work the first time so they can make you pay all over again for something that may or may not work again. I won't be bringing my dog back. My dog Rico came here for a dental procedure about a week and a half ago. He has recovered faster and better then I imagined! I was nervous the day of his surgery but the staff was great, friendly and very reassuring he was in good hands. I will be coming back for all of our animals needs even though I just moved 10 miles away. Worth the drive for a honest and caring vet! ��
My dogs have always gone to this animal hospital. from minor things to major problems the Dr, and staff have always been awesome to my wife, myself and especially to my dogs. Thanks, It's definitely a place I always refer people to!!!
