Horrible . Booked a confirmed ride at airport after 10 hours of intl travel arriving at 420am . Received message from driver while disembarking plane with instructions. This was a confirmed booking weeks prior and pre paid . When I arrived at airlink help desk they connected me to a man that said "we don't have enough drivers. If you want to wait until 730am we can do it. Why take the reservation in the first place ?? Horrible servicio. Conductor hindú grosero, chillando a todos, espera de mas de 30 minutos. Ningún empleado interesado en los clientes. No usar esta empresa jamás. Mil veces mejor taxi, Iber, incluso ir andando.

Hello I’m ashamed, horrible service. Not only the driver didn’t show up on time, he never showed up. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The driver didn’t text, the application was WRONG, it didn’t let me add passagers. *PLEASE CASH BACK*! A SHAME CASH BACK

I booked it on thursday online from Jfk to Manhattan. My flight arrived at 11p.m. as informed on the booking an no one was there, no one picked up the phone as they asked me to call. I had to take a cab! I need my refund, that was so disrespectful!
