I was a faithful customer of this company for years until I noticed items missing from my car. I inquired after these missing items, was given the runaround for a couple of weeks, was told I could look at footage and then given some type of paltry excuse by the manager, who promised I could see the footage, but never materialized. He said I had to watch what I put in my car instead. It's a shame that customers are treated this way and that no recompense is given even after a fair avenue of redress is sought. Let me start by saying I'm not coming here ever again. I came here at exactly 12:45 PM, I asked for the VIP option. It is now 3:00 PM and the car has yet to be touched. No employee has even started cleaning the car. Are they busy? No, they only have 3 cars including mine and 3 Zip guys working. I asked the guy cleaning if there was any update on my car. Car wash suck paid for insodeand out and it looks horrible a waste of $40
good car wash just make sure you don’t leave anytbing inside , they take whatever is valuable inside the car and act like they don’t know anything when you confront them about it .
