I cancelled my membership back in November. I was told that I was going to get charged for the month of December and the annual membership only since they required 30 days notice if you want to cancel for the following month, fine. Now I check my bank account and I see a charge for January too. This place is a scam, how can you cancel a membership and they still charging you????

STAY AWAY. I’m going to mimic previous reviews, and whatever the staff replies to this is just filler as they have with previous complaints you’ve seen in this review thread. I’ve been a confirmed canceled/inactive member for WELL over a year now, and when I was active I paid every bill on time (auto each month from my bank account). I canceled in person, then called to confirm in person later on since I was still getting charged thereafter. The rep on the phone who took my call “canceled” my membership once again.
