STAY AWAY. I’m going to mimic previous reviews, and whatever the staff replies to this is just filler as they have with previous complaints you’ve seen in this review thread. I’ve been a confirmed canceled/inactive member for WELL over a year now, and when I was active I paid every bill on time (auto each month from my bank account). I canceled in person, then called to confirm in person later on since I was still getting charged thereafter. The rep on the phone who took my call “canceled” my membership once again. Been coming here for a few years, really good gym and love coming back, employees are always very friendly and nice. My only semi-complaint, I wish there were some more Stairmaster machines, both machine are constantly taken when I am there (I come in the afternoons) and now 1 of 2 machines is broken. There is other equipment at that gym I see rarely used, so totally get there is limited space.

My first day being here, John took great care of me and kept the gym tidy and well established while also being very interactive with the environment.
