They lost the diamond from my engagement ring. The manager Laurie said " I will only charge you what we loaned you on it." This was so I could get my ring back. Umm. Without the diamond! Seriously, like that is gonna make up for you losing it! I am currently waiting for this to get resolved!!!!

This one star technically represents a negative 1 because from the moment I walked into this particular stire I realized the experience was not going to be very good. Based soley on the actions of the employees that were there "working". Not one employee greeted my two young, well behaved and sharp children and I when we entered the door.
