I had no balance and couldn't lift a weight. Today I can do both and more. Took 2nd place in my first amateur strongman competition in early 2020.
Top quality strength coaches. My 15 year old son has made great strides in his strength for wrestling. Boston was able to help him recover from his knee surgery and was able to adapt the program design to meet his needs. Great community culture!
