Definitely try the black and blue tri tip salad! Soooo good
Brett is a bloody genius with his grill, seasoning and the smoker. The ribs are the best I've ever had (except for family, of course (have to say this, right?)). Brett doesn't bother with brisket, but the tri-tip is awesome and I've never seen it overdone. I suppose that you could say...you'll have nothing but the best should you stop in for a visit.
Best pulled pork EVER! and love the APRICOT BBQ SAUCE. Service was great too.
