Arrived a 11:30am. Got a door at 3pm. They rejected my trailer because it is not an air ride trailer. I had no idea what that was neither did my dispatcher. An Air ride trailer has air bags above the axles now I know. But in either case the process to get loaded here is hell. Its chaotic and disorganized. The keep sending you from one buliding to another. The wait times are obcene. If you value your time and sanity do not pick up loads here.
