BEWARE: I hired Superman for winter snow removal on a fixed price annual contract. I paid the agreed amount. This was for a small residential parking lot 1. The service was bad. I received regular complaints from the tenants that the lot was not being plowed 2. In the middle of the winter, Daniel from Superman contacted me several times demanding extra money and refusing to plow the lot unless I paid more. Very unprofessional service. Dan is a scammer. Took the money in full and didn't complete the job. Didn't even refund the money. Now he tells me he is out of business and stopped responding.

Scammer!! Dan Took over money and never came back to finish a job! He was supposed to come remove the tree trunk from the shed. After multiple follow up he mentioned he is no longer in this business!! Didn’t refund our money back for half job remaining and also never returned for our lawn maintenance which was paid in advance!

Had good service initially. Then he asked for payment for services prior to those rendered and did not show up on time if at all after aggressive requests for payments. He has not paid his staff and has basically abandoned clients after taking funds without service. His attempt at a summer side hustle is a lesson learned by too many people.. He had some good guys that should work independently. He owes prepaid funds to numerous clients. AVOID.
