I worked for a bunch of different lawn care and landscaping companies for a combined 10 years. I learn what to do and what not to do as far as how to run a business and how to treat customers etc. During that time a developed a huge passion for ladnscaping and lawn care that i decided to branch off and start my own company doing it. Had good service initially. Then he asked for payment for services prior to those rendered and did not show up on time if at all after aggressive requests for payments. He has not paid his staff and has basically abandoned clients after taking funds without service. His attempt at a summer side hustle is a lesson learned by too many people.. He had some good guys that should work independently. He owes prepaid funds to numerous clients. AVOID.

Daniel Mathieson of Superman Maintenance accepted a job offer, took $2500 deposit in Spring 2024 for a backyard project but never commenced work and didn't not return the deposit till date. It's been a year and absolute nightmare to deal with this business. Complaint have been filed under consumer protection act with business bureau and consumer protection Ontario.
