Well deserved 5 stars for their honesty in business.
I had issues syncing a new remote and managed to have everything stop working. One email to Buddy at Superliftgdo and he went me an explanation of what to do as well as the link to the manual pdf. 10mins later and the remote is synced and everything works a treat. Now that’s customer service. Highly recommend. -Peter
Just moved into a new place fitted with Superlift. Called the store enquiring for recoding. For some unknown reason with the line, the phone call was automatically cut off every 10 seconds. Matthew being extremely patient and sent a number of SMS guiding me all the way to successfully completed recoding. Super friendly and super professional. Thank you so much, Matthew.
