We had Superlative Contracting remodel our bathroom and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Levi, the owner, was very hands-on throughout the entire project and clearly takes pride in his work. His crew worked extremely hard, were professional, and kept the workspace clean and respectful every day. I would give zero stars if it were possible. This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. From the beginning, communication was terrible with Adrienne! calls and texts were ignored for days, promises were made and never kept, and timelines meant absolutely nothing to them. The quality of work was sloppy and rushed. Basic details were missed, corners were clearly cut, and issues I pointed out were either dismissed or “fixed” so poorly that they created new problems. Levi and Adrienne at Superlative were really nice and helpful, until they weren't. Levi came out to my house on September 9th to give look at repairing my deck and two other smaller repairs. He seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Four weeks later, I am still waiting on the estimate for the work. Last week, Adrienne said it would be done by the end of the weekend.
