I ordered a beautiful Sunny Cyclamen in beautiful white vase for a family member's funeral and a SuPerl delivered a cheap green ivy in an even cheaper container. I am beyond upset and am thoroughly embarrassed. I will be calling first thing in the morning to ask for a refund and SuPerl can go to the funeral home and pick their plant up. I am in tears. Mrs. Nash deserved much more and much better than what SuPerl delivered.
This lady helped me tremendously !!! Thank you so much. Even on short notice ! I’m grateful. Customer service was astounding !
