0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality Unacceptable amount of time required to get the job done. 1 Star : Customer Service Near the end of repair I was unable to communicate with George. I couldn't reach him by email, as it started coming back. Not by phone as it started not being answered and voice message was was full. Not by text as it started not being able to be delivered. I suspect I was blocked because George didn't want to talk to me.
