Tina from superkids was so kind and helpful to make my son's dental surgery more affordable. She explained to me all my options. The surgery went well and the staff were informative before and after the surgery.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Brandon. I brought my child in due to pain and gum swelling following a procedure that was done at this clinic by a different dentist, and our concerns were not taken seriously. Dr. Brandon was dismissive, abrupt, and came across as rude during the visit. The interaction felt rushed, with little effort to properly assess the issue or reassure my child. Recently attended with my 2 year old for assessment. The office is great for keeping littles engaged before their appointments. We were greeted by the kindest dental hygienist and dentist, who so gently interacted with my child and did thorough assessments. The dentist explained everything clearly from what the issue was, how to manage, and what to look out for. Overall this office is well-equipped and very professional.
I was referred to Superkids by my regular dental office for my children. I could not be happier with both of my experiences there thus far. Our initial visit was an exam where they prepared a plan for my kids with the work they needed done. Everything was thoroughly explained and honest opinions were shared for the best treatment.
