I placed an order for a simple pearl necklace on March 6, 2025. I have not received the item nor have I received an acceptable level of customer service from SJ. I have patiently called, emailed, and chatted about once a month with them, and they NEVER FOLLOW UP and NEVER DELIVER MY PRODUCT. This is not acceptable service, and the product is listed as available to ship on their website. They are shady and cannot be trusted. Again my order is late fifth or sixth order 3 had issues of some kind. Another gift I have to give late. First order was awesome. Since absolutely dreadful. Now I have 3 100.00 gift cards I'm not going to use. Any takers ????
I didn’t get what I ordered and I have been ung up on 8 times now today!
