Had to schedule time off of work to schedule an appointment for a quote. Waited 30 minutes and they never showed up. Called the business to ask what was going on and no one answered. They should at least have the courtesy to call me ahead of time saying they can't make it.

We used Superior for a lot of supplies for our home remodel. They had great service and product. I would use them again and recommend them.

I have worked with Sam on more than one occasion, and I can share with you that he is a nice and honest man with the highest standards for his products and the installation process which is more important than most people realize. He also has the best prices in town, so I recommend him completely.

Wonderful experience, the owner, was always supervising the job and ready to make any changes needed. This is our second job with him and we ended up as satisfied as the previous time.

Called and scheduled an appointment to have my sliding glass door fixed. One hour before the scheduled appointment, they called me and rescheduled for the next week. When the rescheduled appointment rolled around, they were a no-show with no phone call. I called and left a message, and I have yet to receive a reply 6 hours later. AVOID.
