I’ve dealt with them on a couple of occasions and been very satisfied with their products, communication, knowledge and pricing.
Thank you for the great care you took with our house and windows. We appreciate everything thing you did.
This company is probably one of the poorest operating businesses in Lake Charles! Their communication is terrible. They will leave you in limbo on a project without properly communicating. I advise you to find someone with a better rating! This rating is a true reflection of their work. If I were the business owner, I would be more invested in getting a better staff who are capable of solving problems and communicating efficiently.
If you are planning to waste your time and money. Go ahead!!
