Had a few questions about which route I wanted to go with replacing my windows. The staff was knowledgeable and able to meet my expectations of quality windows with a quality price. The install went smoothly and they cleaned up the mess that comes with replacing windows, very well. I will be telling my friends and family to go here due to the no hassle atmosphere. I highly recommend this company.
You're right you have not. You pissed me off on the phone so you lost that opportunity.
They changed out a couple of windows and 2 doors out for me. The whole experience went smoothly, install was nicely done and they made sure not to leave my house a wreck. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy new windows and doors!
about 6-8weeks ago the owner came out and measured, wrote down what I wanted. I was ordering a new door, and the glass inserts for sidelines to match the glass in door. I had to keep calling them for my quote because they would say they would call me but never would, after finally getting a quote about 2 weeks later I went to store to make a deposit so they could place my order, realized they were ordering the complete wrong door. I originally wrote a review for this company but it has mysteriously vanished. Our experience with them was so bad that I am re-writing another review. We ordered both front and back doors from Superior Windows and Doors. There was a huge delay in getting the doors in, which was explained to us and which we acknowledged. Finally, when the doors came in and were installed ,their installers left before we could do a final walk through.
