NEVER EVER USE SUPERIOR WINDOW & DOOR ON COMMON ST!! They will not communicate with you, shake you down for cash at install. They do not care about you, owner is a typical old dude who thinks he can do what he wants because he’s been in business for 32 years. Illegally parked on my road. Shook me down for $3500 cash at install, breaching terms of contract.
Don’t even bother dealing with them they would take your money in an instant and keep lying to you after half a year with no proof of any progress or special request made. Also any cameras they would hide from them during conversations and if anything is damaged good luck finding who did it since they won’t take accountability unless it’s recorded super sketchy business…
