Jay is good people, he has done several repairs for me and all his work is outstanding. Highly recommend superior waterproofing for your waterproofing needs.
Jay "repaired" a wall in the basement where we had a leak. He used a different product and method than when he made a repair for the previous owner of our house. Not only was it messy, but the odor was horrible for days. It was more like slapping some sealer on top of the wall instead of getting product into the crack. Jay was very responsive to our call and prompt with coming out to fix our water leak. His work looks great and definitely recommend him!
Don’t hire this person to do your repair. We had a leak in our new basement cement. The area was a little wet. He couldn’t complete the job as understood due to the leak. But he was sarcastic and condescending to our family. Has very poor professionalism. He had little worry about our concern and left without hesitation. Again, I’m sure you can find a different company that is more professional than this individual.
I work for them for one day it was very unprofessional and the pay was very bad. Payed me a lower amount than what was promised. very poor management. No set schedule. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work for them.
