Very happy with the installation of my water softener and reverse osmosis system. Eli and Andres where very professional and attentive with me during the installation process. There had an issue with one of my pipe and explained it to me and went to go find the parts . Andres explained the reverse osmosis installation and Eli did an excellent job explaining the whole system to me . Very happy you guys are true professionals.
Had my 1 year service scheduled with Colter. He was a stellar technician; took extra time to explain the filter replacement process and answer any and all questions that I had. Also, his customer service was amazing. Highly recommend not only this company for water purification and softener, but also Colter.
Been a long time watersoftner system user. This company has always been respectful and prompt on their servicing and repairs. I do wish their warranty went longer but over all been very very happy with them. Recently had my filters changed out and Colter was great, was in and out quickly. Would recommend this to anyone.
