Matt and Colter installed our home system one week ago. They arrived early, after calling to ensure it was okay, and went to work quickly and efficiently. A couple of things we were not told before we contracted. The reverse osmosis under the sink installs a new faucet/spout next to the kitchen faucet. We had them use our soap dispenser hole. First sales process was easy - install date was what i chose. and when my schedule got complicated day of - they were able to accommodate me and push it back an hour or so. Matt and Colter were Great and professional, took care of all questions and make sure the experience was painless.
Installers Matt and Colter were on time, fast, friendly, and informative. Couldn't be happier I'm an engineer and a house builder, and this system looks pretty squared away. Normally I'd DYI it, but having this knocked out within days of pulling the trigger, is worth some extra cash to me. We have hard, well water. I'll check back to give a user's impressions.
This is a company with no integrity at the highest level. It has an executive that disputes the statements and commitments of its own staff and hides behind company's contract fine prints. The salesman made a mistake, and the company is unwilling to correct the wrong. They offered a few bags of salt instead. Not a trustworthy entity.
