He was in and out in no time he did everything he need to do
Technician (Robert) was extremely courteous and professional. Was quickly in and out and provided quality service without any issues.
June 2026: Having issues already...pending resolvement with company. Will post the outcome. July 2026: Issue was resolved and came to a satisfactory agreement with the owner. Feb 2026: Superior Water installed my water softener this year and today ..technician Colter Pyles came out to do diagnosis and service. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable...went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
The whole experience has been great from the sales rep Logan’s who was very knowledgeable. Jose and Andres braved the heat to install our new system we’re very respectful, friendly and professional. They worked very hard and made sure everything was done nicely and cleaned up when they were done.
I've never had workers leave such a gross mess without even talking to me about it or letting me know! I pay an arm & a leg for service, and now I have a disgusting mess to clean up. They dumped all the leftover solids and goofy liquids straight into the trash bin without asking, which means having to somehow find a way to pull everything out and thoroughly clean out the bin top to bottom thanks to their unprofessionalism and negligence.
